Complaints

In the event of damage during transport you need to contact your nearest Bus Cargo terminal or agent. A noticable damage to your package must always be reported at pickup. If your package has no external damage but is broken inside, this has to be reported within 7 days.

We have some requirements to be able to transport your packages safely.

• The shipment has to be packaged in the best possible way and labled correctly.
• The shipping label has to be filled out correctly with complete information regarding sender, reciever, content, weight and number of parcels.
• In case of a CoD freight the cash amount must be filled out with numbers and letters, including your bank account number.
